It allows me to keep a strong grip on reloads. My strong index finger pushes the release so I can hold it
My thumb doesn't rest when I shoot, but I use it as an index when I pull the gun from the hole.

Similar to a twist tube. It puts tension on the main spring in the handle frame.
Filter nozzles can be used freely. I had a joker. Supplemental insurance works for me.
Thanks for the info...didn't know much about the screw in the main spring...is this the problem with all the spindles?
Also does this screw just hold the mainspring in place or can it be used to adjust the tension of the larger springs by adjusting the weight of the trigger...like bending the center finger of a 1911 search spring?

This is a bad idea for any weapon that sees a hard press or as a defensive weapon.
This is the job to do if you're looking to upgrade or lighten up a DA that shoots a shotgun that can be used as a self-defense weapon.

It's easy to "build" a good cadet. Joe really knows his business.
