Gen 4 is a safe weapon with a unique feel. Like all Glocks, the Gen 4 does not come with a safety switch like many other guns. Instead, a small lever on the trigger itself must be pressed to fire the weapon. This makes it impossible for an accidental trigger to occur. It also comes with built-in safety measures, making it an exceptionally safe gun.
Glocks are known for being simple, somewhat blocky weapons. The Gen 4 has improved its ergonomics (compared to previous generations), but if you don't like how the Glock handles things, you may not be successful with this one. If the trigger pull is too heavy, replace the trigger link to remove the extra weight from the pull, making it easier to pull the gun without pulling the trigger (resulting in inaccurate shots). However, only professional hobbyists or very dedicated hobbyists will have the guts to choose a trigger. The rifle works well and works well for self defense and hobby shooting.
If ordered from the manufacturer, Glock will ship three fifteen-round magazines in the Gen 4 (unless you live in a state where the law requires a maximum of ten rounds per magazine).
